MENU DESIGN

While I knew that layout design and typography were important to a menu's design, I never knew that science and data was such a key factor! Using sales and customer data, I "engineered" the new menus to utilize the space efficiently, draw the guest's attention to the most profitable items, and assist the employees in up-selling.
